We close promenade along Shimizugawa linking Ryusen-do Cave – hot spring hotel today from 11th to be in danger of flooding of river caused by heavy rain and branch buckling up caused by strong wind with approach of typhoon No.19. After having checked safely, after the typhoon passage, we are going to cancel.
