o prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the cave’s sightseeing route was made one-way. However, as the peak season has passed and the likelihood of congestion has decreased, the route will return to normal from 1 December (Wednesday). The entrance and exit will be the same.

Opening hours: 8:30am – 5pm.

Infection prevention measures
Disinfectant solution is installed in various parts of the park.
Regular disinfection of facilities.
Regular disinfection of facilities – Wear a mask (Visitors not wearing a mask are not allowed to enter the cave) – Masks are available at the shop.
Check body temperature using thermography, etc. → Visitors with a body temperature of 37.5°C or higher will be asked to refrain from entering the cave.
Ensure a “social distance (2 metres)” at the ticket office and in the cave.
Pets are not allowed in the caves.

Ryuusendo and Ryuusendo Science Museum will remain open during the winter season (except when the water level rises due to heavy rain etc.).
